✓ no teams and only one authorization on a 3.5k overground railway map
✓ last wipe Friday, 21 August at 17:00 CEST - without BPs
✓ next wipe Thursday, 3 September at 20:00 CEST - without BPs
✓ BPs will not be wiped unless forced by a game update
