• What counts as a 'Group'?
    - A group is defined by who is authorized on Code Locks, the Tool Cupboard, and who has sleeping bags inside a base.

• Swapping Members?
    - Remove the player’s bags and revoke all access (TC, Codes)
    - Eliminate the player in-game
    - NOTE: Once swapped, the player must leave the server and can no longer play.
